本プライバシーポリシーは、Yokoyama Hirokazu（以下、「開発者」）が提供するiOS向けアプリケーション「PhotosToS3」（以下、「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報およびデータの取り扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 個人情報の収集・利用について

本アプリは、開発者がユーザーの個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等）を独自に収集、保存、または第三者へ提供することは一切ありません。

2. AWS認証情報（アクセスキー等）の取り扱い

本アプリでは、AWS S3へのアップロード機能を提供するため、ユーザーに「AWS Access Key ID」および「AWS Secret Access Key」の入力を求めます。
入力されたこれらの情報は、ユーザーのデバイス内の安全な領域（iOSのキーチェーン）にのみ暗号化されてローカル保存されます。これらの認証情報が、開発者のサーバーやその他の第三者に送信されることは一切ありません。データ通信は、ユーザーのデバイスとAWS（Amazon Web Services）との間で直接かつ安全に行われます。

3. 写真およびファイルの取り扱い

本アプリは、端末のシステムUIを通じて、ユーザーが明示的に選択した写真およびファイルにのみアクセスします。
選択されたデータは、ユーザー自身が指定したAWS S3バケットへのアップロード目的でのみ使用され、開発者のサーバーを経由したり、開発者によって閲覧・保存・収集されたりすることは一切ありません。

4. プライバシーポリシーの変更

開発者は、法令の変更やアプリのアップデート等に伴い、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。変更が生じた場合は、本ページにて最新の情報を公開します。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Yokoyama Hirokazu ("Developer") handles user personal information and data in the iOS application "PhotosToS3" ("the App").

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Developer does not independently collect, store, or share users' personal information (such as name, address, phone number, or email address) with any third parties through the App.

2. Handling of AWS Credentials (Access Keys, etc.)

To provide the upload functionality to AWS S3, the App requires users to enter their "AWS Access Key ID" and "AWS Secret Access Key."
This entered information is encrypted and stored locally only within a secure area of the user's device (iOS Keychain). These credentials are never transmitted to the Developer's servers or any other third parties. All data communication occurs directly and securely between the user's device and AWS (Amazon Web Services).

3. Handling of Photos and Files

The App accesses only the photos and files explicitly selected by the user through the device's system UI.
The selected data is used solely for the purpose of uploading to the AWS S3 bucket specified by the user. It does not pass through the Developer's servers, nor is it viewed, stored, or collected by the Developer in any way.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy as necessary due to legal changes, app updates, or other reasons. Any changes will be published on this page with the latest information.
